My Eyes Have Seen the King (Isaiah 6:1-7)

Isaiah - sermon series at Elmira Christian Center

What comes to mind when you think about God? Do you begin with who he has revealed himself to be, or with your own ideas or preferences? The truth is, how we understand the person and character of God is the most important thing about us. We need to see God for who he truly is, to see ourselves in the light of his holiness, and to reorient our lives around his majestic glory. In this sermon, Mitch Bedzyk shows that there is no greater need for both the church and the world today than to have a right understanding of God. It is only once we have seen the glory of the Holy One, and have responded with a true confession of our sin and unworthiness, that God’s sovereignty will be comforting, his holiness beautiful, his grace amazing, and his gospel worth sharing.
