Redeemed and Recommissioned, part 2 (Isaiah 43:8-21)

It has always been God’s intention to bring his blessing to the world, to fill the earth with his glory, through his people. This was why God chose Israel to be his servant. However, as we saw last week, Israel too failed to do this. But Isaiah aims to remind us of what God intended to do for his chosen people by grace and through them for the world.

In this sermon, pastor Matt shows us again that God’s purpose in the redemption of his people is the praise of his name. He desires for us to know that he is the one true God and only Savior, to believe him and experience his grace in Christ, and to be witnesses of his redeeming love in the world.
