Renewed and Reassured, part 1 (Isaiah 43:22–44:5)

The Lord had declared a message of comfort for his faithless servant, Israel: He would end their exile and bring them home. But Israel would need a greater liberation than this. For God’s glory to fill the earth through the genuine worship and faithful witness of his people, they would need not just a fresh start but a new heart, a new Spirit, a renewed life.

In this sermon, pastor Matt continues to preach that God’s purpose in the redemption of his people is the praise of his name. And he enables us to live for his glory since he has given up his Son and poured out his Spirit to forgive our sins and give us new life.
