At the end of chapter 64, Israel asked: “Will you keep silent, and afflict us so terribly?” (64:12). in these last two chapters, we see how God responds to this prayer. And his answer is nothing less than what the King of heaven has in store for the whole earth. The focus now shifts to what will happen when God finally does rend the heavens and his kingdom comes. In this sermon, pastor Matt reminds of a simple yet eternally significant truth: The God who can be found repays all who refuse to serve him. If you seek the Lord with all your heart, he will be found by you, but if you forsake him, you will find that he will cast you off forever.
