Isaiah 56-66, the last section of the book, holds forth a vision of the kingdom of God—a kingdom that is both now and not yet—calling us to a life of faith that is centered on Christ and bears witness to his saving rule. In this sermon, pastor Matt helps us see that God’s grace gathers a people who are sustained by living hope and marked by obedient faith. All who come to Jesus in believing loyalty are welcomed into his kingdom to bear witness to his life-giving rule as we wait eagerly for his salvation to be revealed. As we look at this intro to the last section of Isaiah, we will see (1) the faith that marks the church, (2) the outcasts that comprise the church, and (3) the grace that gathers the church
