In our sermon series through Romans, we have been learning about our new life in the Spirit made possible by the gospel of Jesus Christ. While the rest of the NT has much to say about our lives as citizens in the kingdom of heaven, the book of Proverbs is an excellent place to see what it looks like to live as God’s people, under God’s rule, in harmony with God’s created order. In this sermon, pastor Mitch shows us that it is God’s wisdom, which is freely offered to us all, despite our foolishness, that is the key to living an abundant life now and to obtaining life in the age to come.
