When it comes to our deepest desires for rest and well-being in life, there are many risks we are willing to take. This search for rest, in spite of the risks, plays a major part in the story of loving kindness that we know as the book of Ruth. In this sermon, pastor Matt shows that all who come to Jesus the Redeemer will find refuge and rest under his wings of love. The gospel according to Ruth is that there is a Redeemer—not only for Naomi and her family but for all those who come to God by faith.
