As we look at the opening chapter of 2 Timothy, we see many examples of how one generation can work towards developing leaders in the next generation as we observe Paul’s remarks towards Timothy, his “beloved child.” In this sermon, Pastor Leandre teaches us from the Word how we can and should encourage, be confident in, teach, admonish, pray for, and set an example for younger believers of the next generation to continually guard the gospel and grow into maturity as Christian leaders.
